The town of Byala is located at the Black Sea coast - 55 km from Varna and 65 km from Burgas, at the foot of the mountain Stara Planina.  The combination of mountain and sea climate makes Byala a wonderful place for summer holidays at the Bulgarian Black Sea coast.  The picturesque sites "Biala reka" (White river) and "Karadere" (Black gully) with their still virgin beaches are located close to the town.  The Irakli beach is at 20 km, the town of Obzor at 6 km, and the sea-resort Sunny beach at 35 km.
Byala is a small and lovely town with several sand beaches and a yacht port. The town is famous not only as a tourists attraction but also with its winery and fishing means of living.  The first settlement in the area of Byala dates about VI BC, located close to the cape "Sveti Atanas" (Saint Atanas).  Officially, Byala was recognized as a town on 5th September, 1984.
The house "Zaharievi" was built in 2007. The house is settled in the center of the town, at about 550 m distance from the central beach. We offer 3 double-bed rooms; 3 rooms with 3 beds in each;  parking place for the guests' cars. Each room is equipped with cable TV set, air-condition, mini-bar, en-suite bathroom and WC.  The private garden of the house with lots of flowers and garden furniture ensures comfort and peaceful atmosphere for our guests.   
Additional services: at guests' request we offer additionally motor-boat voyages along the neighbour beaches, and wine taste at the local wine-cellar "Polihronov'.
